We understand that you had a poor experience and may not want to give us another try, but we would like the chance to make things right if possible. We are so sorry to hear you experienced trouble and appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. I was really looking forward to that pretzel and I’m frankly disappointed with how the whole thing turned out considering how much I love Wetzel’s. I go to use it and when the lady working scans it she says it is expired, I try and scan it again and still expired even though on the app it still said it was good for another 2 months. With the download of the app I got a free pretzel and it said it didn’t expire until March 31 of 2022 which I thought was great. I downloaded the app cause I absolutely adore Wetzel’s and get it every time I go to the mall.
